What is the approval process for applications?

We manually review all affiliate applications. We check your application details, the content of your website, YouTube channel, or other social media accounts. The process may take up to 3 business days before you receive a response from us.

Your account has not yet been approved;
Your account has been rejected;
Incorrect username/password.

How do I view my reports?

You can view your reports at any time by logging into your affiliate dashboard to see all account activities and commission details. Here's how:

In the main menu, click on Reports
Select the desired Period
Click on Run Report

Why was my account rejected/suspended?

This may have happened for one of the following reasons:
The content of your website or YouTube channel is not relevant to our business;
The promotional methods listed in your application were identified as incompatible with our affiliate terms;
There were missing or false details in your application form.

How can I cancel my affiliate account?
