How are payments made for the Nindohost Affiliate Program?
What is the commission structure?
It’s a progressive structure where you can receive up to 40%, with VAT fees excluded.
Will I be paid for renewals or upgrades of hosting?
Nindohost's affiliate program pays for the initial purchase of a new user; we do not pay commission for service renewals or upgrades.
For what type of sales will I be paid?
We pay commissions for all our services.
How much can I earn?
It all depends on you - the more clients you bring, the higher the commission you can earn.
Where can I find my earnings?
On your affiliate dashboard, you can see all your clicks and conversions.
To review all the conversions made, go to “Reports” -> “Conversions”, and you’ll find all the conversions you’ve made since joining the program.
What are the payment conditions?
Commission payments are issued under the following conditions:
The minimum payout is 100 USD;
Only commissions over 30 days old are paid;
Invoices are generated at the beginning of the following month, and payments are made between the 15th and the 20th of each month.
To receive your payment, you must send a request to [affiliation@nindohost.com](mailto:affiliation@nindohost.com) with your affiliate ID and bank details by the end of the month. Payments are made via bank transfer.
How are affiliates paid?
Affiliates are paid via bank transfer.
I generated a sale, when will I be paid?
Each customer you refer must remain active for more than 30 days, which corresponds to Nindohost's 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, if the customer decides to continue using Nindohost's services - and provided you've reached the required minimum threshold in your account (which is 100 USD) - your payment will be issued during the next affiliate payment cycle. Affiliates are paid between the 15th and the 20th of each month.
An invoice is automatically generated by the affiliate system at the end of each month. However, this invoice may be adjusted within the next 30 days due to changes such as cancellations during our 30-day money-back guarantee period or fraudulent customer accounts.
What is a tax ID?
A tax identification number is a unique identifier used for tax purposes, and it appears on invoices. If you do not have a valid tax ID, you can leave this field blank.
Where can I find my payment history?
To view your payment history and invoices, go to your dashboard and select My profile -> Payment details -> Billing options.
