What is a Tracking Link?

A tracking link, also known as an affiliate link, is a special URL that helps us identify that a particular referral came from you. Nindohost uses this mechanism to determine the source of conversions. More specifically, the tracking link can:
Recognize where the user came from;
Check if they made a purchase or not;
Validate the conversion.

How are my sales tracked?

We track sales by following links (affiliate links) and cookies. When a user clicks on your tracking link, we place cookies in their browser that help us recognize if the sale came from the previously referred user.

How long does an affiliate cookie last?

Affiliate cookies are stored for 60 days. However, if a previous affiliate's cookie is already placed in the same user's browser, it will be replaced by the new cookie. Nindohost is not responsible for cookies intentionally deleted by the user.

If I refer my clients to nindohost.ma but they make the purchase in another country, will I still get paid?

Yes, the commission is always generated in USD.

Performance Data: How often are clicks and conversions updated?

Performance data is continuously updated so you can instantly see all your new conversions.

What happens if my referred sale doesn't show up in the report?

There are several reasons this could have happened:
The purchase was not made via a tracking link;
The system detected a high risk of fraud;
Your referral cleared their cookies;
The user canceled the services;

What happens if the client cancels the plan?

Nindohost offers a "30-day money-back guarantee". During this trial period, the client can still cancel the plan. If the client cancels their plan during the trial period, the commission will also be canceled.

A booking was made without my affiliate link. Can I still earn the commission?

Nindohost tracks your sales via your affiliate links. Transactions made without an affiliate link will not be credited to you.
