Can I promote Nindohost on social media?

Yes - Facebook, Instagram, and all other platforms are full of potential users. This could be highly effective during promotions with our special offers. However, you are not allowed to create, promise, or promote offers that we do not provide and outside of promotional periods. Moreover, as per our affiliate terms, we prohibit the use of coupons or any other references to non-existent discounts.

Can I buy traffic/use paid media to promote Nindohost?

Yes, but keep in mind that you are not allowed to bid (in terms of online advertising, pay-per-click, or pay-per-impression campaigns) on keywords and phrases containing the "Nindohost" brand name, or variations or misspellings of the brand term, in paid media campaigns on search engines. You are also not allowed to use Nindohost’s website(s) as the display URL in paid ads and to create direct links or redirects to Nindohost’s website(s).

However, we have no objection if you run paid ads (without using the Nindohost brand terms) to generate traffic to a page on your site that contains a Nindohost affiliate link.

Can I promote Nindohost using email marketing techniques?

Yes, you can. Email marketing is a great strategy to reach out to people who may not always be available. Get creative with your topics to maximize your conversions. You can also promote the offers we provide during related periods, but you may not independently propose offers that are ineligible or not pre-approved by us and within the appropriate timeframes. Furthermore, as per our affiliate terms, we prohibit the use of coupons or any other references to non-existent discounts.

Is there promotional material available to promote Nindohost?

You can access all marketing resources directly from your affiliate dashboard.

A sale was made without my affiliate link. Can I still get the commission?

Nindohost tracks your sales via your affiliate links. Transactions made without an affiliate link will not be attributed to you.

Do I need multiple tracking links for my campaigns if I change geographic zones?

No, it’s not necessary. Nindohost has global conversion capabilities. This means you can use one tracking link for all your marketing campaigns, and we will credit you for any sale regardless of the geographic zone where the sale occurred. This simply means you will receive credit for all Nindohost sales initiated via your tracking link.

Can I refer my own business?

No. You cannot, under any circumstances, refer yourself. This includes any website in which you have a majority, exclusive, or equitable interest, as well as the company you work for.

Can I purchase a plan on behalf of a client?

No. The payment method must always belong to the client, who must also be the account owner with Nindohost. Any referral where payment is made using a method controlled by or belonging to the affiliate will be considered a violation of our affiliate terms.
If you want to manage payments on behalf of your client, consider hosting their websites on your own Nindohost accounts and invoicing them separately. Can I place my affiliate link on a third-party traffic source?

No. It is prohibited to direct traffic to Nindohost directly from a third-party traffic source. Referrals must be made from original content hosted on the affiliate’s own website(s), original video content hosted on third-party video hosting platforms, or direct professional referrals made by the affiliate to their professional network.

I just made a referral, but it has not been tracked

Nindohost’s affiliate dashboard may take up to 24 hours to display a new referral, so give it some time. To review your conversions, log in to the dashboard and go to “Reports” -> "Referral Statistics."




If your referral is not displayed after 24 hours, you can claim it by contacting us within 14 days of the referral date. Sometimes, the client you referred does not use the affiliate link properly, the cookie doesn’t trigger, or another interruption occurs. In such cases, please contact us. You will need to provide some information so our team can investigate further and confirm if you should receive credit for the sale.
